Pricing — what an engagement costs

No “request a quote” black box. Every engagement has the same shape; the cost depends on scope. Here's the range and how we figure out where in it you land.

Custom landing page, custom back-office tenant on our platform, at least one AI-enabled workflow, end-to-end engineering rigor. Final figure depends on scope.

+ $200–500 / month recurring

Hosting, monitoring, ongoing support, platform stays current. Priced on the operational complexity of your engagement, not seat counts.

What every engagement includes

One shape, four parts. You don't pick a tier — you get all of this. Scope shapes how much of each.

Custom landing page

Bespoke — not a template, not a Squarespace site with our paint job. Built around the actual shape of your business.

Custom back-office tenant

Your own tenant on kmo-digipres — quotes, invoices, projects, client portal, service hub, integrations — configured for your workflows.

At least one AI-enabled workflow

A "watch this" automation built specifically for your business — intake triage, voicemail-to-quote, photo docs, review reply drafting, route optimization, or something else from discovery.

Hosting, monitoring, ongoing support

The platform stays current; the integrations stay configured; we're on the other end when something breaks. You don't get a stale stack three years from now.

What we don't sell standalone

Honest about scope so you don't waste a discovery call. If one of these is what you actually want, we'll point you to someone who specializes.

Plain website hosting alone

No engagement, no back-office, no AI workflow — just renting server space. Not what we do; we'll point you to a hosting provider.

Social-only retainers

Posting to social channels without the underlying website or back-office work. We'd be the wrong choice; a social-first agency fits better.

Pure ERPNext setup as a service

Commodity setup work where AI difficulty and engagement value are both low. We use ERPNext for our own books, but we don't sell it as a standalone configuration service.

A summary of what was discussed and the proposed paths forward. Yours to keep whether we work together or not.

Two or three proposal options with honest tradeoffs

Different scope, different price points. Including, sometimes, “we’re not the right team for this” — that’s a feature, not a bug.

Hourly rates — for change orders and out-of-scope work

The engagement project fee covers the discovery-defined scope. Time-and-materials kicks in for changes, additions, or exploratory work beyond it.

Standard rate

$150 / hour

Engineering, project management, discovery beyond the included 60 minutes.

Specialty rate

$200 / hour

Deep-technical work — complex integrations, AI system design, security audits.

Maintenance rate

$100–$125 / hour

Routine maintenance work outside the recurring retainer scope.

Pass-through costs

Third-party costs (domains, hosting, software licenses, paid ad spend) procured on your behalf are billed at cost plus a 15% management fee covering procurement, billing consolidation, and ongoing administration. Itemized statements come with each invoice.

You can also procure these directly and grant us administrative access — no management fee applies in that case, and you pay the third-party vendor directly.
